During a routine inspection
The staff showed us the medical history form and people confirmed their medical history was requested when they visited the dental practice. This ensured the dentists had their current health details. We also saw a record that patients were given which outlined the treatment they would be receiving so they were fully aware of what to expect at their appointments.
People told us the treatment rooms were clean and they had no concerns about the cleanliness of the dental practice.
