People's experience of the service

Updated 30 January 2026

The provider used feedback from people using the service to make improvements, such as managing the way appointments were monitored and to continually improve access. Results from the National GP Patient Survey were generally in line with expectations.

Survey responses indicated that people felt they were treated with care and concern, were involved and thought the practice had all the information they needed about them during the appointment. They felt they knew what the next steps would be and that their needs were met. Recent feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test was positive.
