During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with three people who told us that they were very satisfied with the quality of service provided and any required treatments including costs were fully explained in order for them to make an informed choice. One person told us that they had used the service for many years and that their children looked forward to visiting the dentist.

We found that the service followed best practice in gaining people's consent to treatment, providing choices, delivery of treatment and hygiene standards. Staff told us that received good training and enjoyed working at the practice.
