During a routine inspection

We spoke with 2 people and 3 staff members. People told us that they were happy with the information they received prior to their procedures, and were able to ask questions where they had further queries. One person told us that the staff 'were very pleasant and informative'. Both of the people we spoke with told us that although they had been given information on the complaint process, they had not had any reason to complain.
