During an inspection in response to concerns

We spoke with three people who live at the home. All seemed content. People told us, 'I have had a good day'...'I like the food' and 'the staff are my friends'. We saw staff treating people with respect and patience. We saw staff respecting people's choices as it was late at night and some people had chosen to stay up.
