During a routine inspection
Patients told us that staff always asked for their consent before providing any treatment. One patient told us 'They always explain and listen to my wishes.'
Patients told us that they were very happy with the care and treatment they received at the practice. One patient said 'I have been to several dentists but this is the one I have chosen. They are more professional.'
Patients told us they had 'No concerns' about cleanliness at the practice. We found that the practice was clean and uncluttered and staff were knowledgeable about infection control procedures.
Patients told us they had no complaints. One patient said they had made a complaint some time ago and it was dealt with quickly and they were happy with the outcome.
