During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made
We undertook a desk top review on the 11 September 2014 to assess what action the provider had taken to become compliant since our last visit.
We received a registered manager's application for the practice on the 20 May 2014. This application was subsequently approved and a registered manager for the service was registered with us on the 9 August 2014.
As part of this review we found that the service was now fully compliant and a registered manager was now in post.
