During a routine inspection

We interviewed four patients who attended on the day and asked for their comments about the practice. They were all long standing patients who had been attending the practice for between 10 and 30 years. All of these patients said they were treated with courtesy and respect when they arrived and found the reception staff helpful. One patient described the reception staff as "very helpful and they were never kept waiting more than five minutes". Another said that he had recently phoned up as an emergency and was seen promptly.

They all said that in the surgeries their treatment was explained carefully and that they were given good advice on how to care for their teeth and gums. One patient described the care given as "first class" and another commented that she would not know what to do if the dentists retired.
