During a routine inspection
Overall they felt they received good treatment and they trusted the clinicians. They found the practice to be clean and comfortable and felt they had sufficient privacy. One patient said "Very satisfied with the service, they make me feel very relaxed". Another said " We feel very, very pleased".
The practice was friendly, welcoming and informative. We saw that patients were listened to in all areas of the practice. We found that patients gave correct consent for treatment and that records were updated correctly, as required. We felt the practice was well organised and well led.
