We observed that people that came to the Practice were made welcome and treated with respect by staff. We found that people were given good information about treatment options and consented to treatment before any work began. All parts of the Practice were clean and well maintained. There were good procedures in place for cleanliness and infection control. One person told us "it's always spotless".

Patient records were well organised and kept up to date. However, records were not securely stored in lockable cabinets which meant that they could not be certain that confidentiality was maintained.
