During a routine inspection
People told us that the orthodontist asked them questions about their medical health each time they visited.
People said that staff respected their privacy and dignity. They said that staff were very polite and made them feel welcome.
People told us that they had never had to complain about the cleanliness of the surgery. It was always clean and tidy.
