During a routine inspection

We spoke with two patients by telephone. They told us they were given good information about treatment and the options available to them. One patient told us, 'All my family visit Oliver's they are very good". Another patient told us, 'I am happy with the dentist and all of the staff there. I get an appointment when I need it and they explain what is going to happen'.

The patients we spoke with told us they found the practice was always clean and well organised.
