Regulations met

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

We were provided with a patient survey. 25 patients were surveyed, of those 96% described their overall experience of the dental surgery as “very good” or “good”.

We could see that where patients had made comments and suggestions, these had been reviewed and addressed as appropriate.

Patient survey results were shared with the team in meetings.

Overall, staff felt respected, valued, and supported in their roles, with positive feedback on leadership's approachability and open communication. Many appreciated the opportunities for career progression and training. The team environment was collaborative and friendly, though some raised concerns about staff shortages, particularly in nursing and reception. The leadership team was aware of these challenges and have developed a plan to address them, working to improve the situation. Overall, the practice was viewed as a good place to work.
