During a routine inspection
We spoke with three people and they all said they were happy with their care and treatment. One person said 'I came because my mates have been here and got really good teeth.'
People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
Staff received appropriate professional development. Orthodontists and dental nurses told us they carried out continuing professional development training in line with general dental council registration requirements.
