During an inspection looking at part of the service

This visit took place to review improvements in relation to specific issues highlighted at the last inspection in March 2012. When we visited in August 2012, no people who used the service were present, due to cancelled appointments. However, it is unlikely that people using the service would have been able to comment on the specific concerns we were reviewing because they related to staff training and the decontamination process.

During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us their treatment is explained well and they are told about the charges they wil incur. They are able to make appointments easily. Overall, people who use the service are happy with the care they receive.
