During a check to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We found that action had been taken to comply with the requirement to provide adequate emergency drugs in line with published guidance. Documents had been forwarded to us confirming how staff were supported with training and development and to demonstrate how the provider monitored quality to help make management decisions.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people in the waiting room during our inspection. One person was attending for the first time and told us their experience was good, the treatment required from the examination explained well and overall they were happy. A second person told us they had been using the practice for a number of years and liked not having to travel far for care.
