During a routine inspection
We found the practice to be well organised, clean and secure. We also found the staff to be professional, with a friendly and approachable manner, which was demonstrated in the way we saw staff talking with patients.
We looked at policies and documentation, talked to staff, talked to patients and inspected the premises. We found the dental practice to be compliant with the regulations.
We spoke with two National Health Service (NHS) patients at Creswell Dental Practice. Both patients said that they were very happy with their dental treatment,
One patient told us: 'I have been coming here a few years now. I am perfectly happy with everything. The dentist lets me know what he is doing, and I am able to ask questions and give my opinion.'
The second patient said: 'I am very happy here. I get anxious, and at my last dentist, I was really frightened. They are very good with me here; they are all very friendly and put me at my ease. The dentist is really nice and he takes his time with me.'
