During a routine inspection
During this inspection we spoke with three patients. They stated that they were satisfied with the care provided and staff treated them with respect. Their views can be summarised by the following comments from one of them, "Staff show concern and respect and acknowledge their duty of care".
Staff were knowledgeable regarding the practice procedures for safeguarding children and adults. The premises were clean and well maintained and there were arrangements for the regular maintenance of equipment. The practice was diligent in ensuring proper procedures were followed and the service provided was subject to regular checks and audits.
