During a routine inspection

Patients who use the service told us that staff were always friendly and were always helpful. Patients told us their treatment and the cost of treatment was always explained to them. They told us their privacy was always respected. Patients told us that the environment was very comfortable and always clean and well maintained.

One patient told us that "the attention and understanding given to the needs of the individual is outstanding."

The practice was well equipped and clean. Staff were found to be very welcoming and caring. Staff made patients feel at ease.
