During a routine inspection

A patient told us that they did not have to wait long for appointments and that they were happy with the information and treatment they received. They said that they were given a range of treatment options and that staff explained the various costs, risks and benefits to them. They said that staff treated them in a respectful manner and were friendly and helpful. They told us that the clinic was always clean when they came in for appointments.
