During a routine inspection

People told us that the practice staff were always very accommodating and gave them same day emergency appointments whenever possible, especially if they were in pain. They could get routine appointments easily and were never left waiting very long when they attended for their appointments.

They said that they had confidence in the staff and that the staff were friendly, professional and able to put them at ease. People also thought that the practice was always clean and tidy.
