Many of the treatments provided by the clinic are not regulated by the Care Quality Commission, as they do not come under the remit of the Health and Social Care Act.

We spoke to three patients about their treatment at the clinic.

We found that people received enough information about their treatment and were involved in decisions about their care. People we spoke to were positive about their experience at the clinic. One person told us 'I would be happy to bring my family here if they needed any treatment.'

People told us they found the staff at the clinic to be approachable and that they would be happy to raise any concerns if they had them.

The provider had procedures in place to ensure that the clinic was clean and hygienic. One person told us they thought it was a 'nice environment.'

Many of the treatments provided by the clinic were not regulated by the Care Quality Commission, as they do not come under the remit of the Health and Social Care Act.

We spoke with three patients about the treatments they had received. They were positive about the treatment they had received and about the clinic and the staff.

They told us they had received enough information at the time of their initial consultation to make an informed choice about the type of procedures on offer and the suitability of them in meeting their individual needs and aspirations.

They told us they had received written information about their planned procedure. One patient told us, "After the initial consultation I was provided with a telephone number to call if I had any additional questions. It also gave me the opportunity to go home and decide if I wanted to go ahead with the treatment." Another patient said, "They went through everything in detail. They took my medical history and asked me about any tablets I was on. The consultation was very thorough, in my opinion."

Patients told us that they felt confident in discussing any areas of service provision with the provider/consultant and other staff. They also felt confident that any concerns or complaints would be listened to and addressed. One patient told us, "The service is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone. If I did have any problems I feel that they would be sorted out'.

People we spoke with were very satisfied with their care and treatment at this location.

They had been given sufficient information about the service and their treatment. They reported that they had been treated considerately by staff and could raise a concern if they had one.

One person we did speak with was entirely satisfied with the treatment they had received so far. They said the service was "efficient, reliable and friendly".
