During a routine inspection
People said they were happy with the care and treatment they had received. One person said 'The dentist is incredibly competent. I feel I am getting a very good level of treatment. He tells me about my treatment and is very clear about timescales.'
We saw that the dental practice was clean and tidy. One person said 'I get to wear glasses and my dentist wears gloves, mask and face mask.'We saw that there were appropriate decontamination systems, policies and procedures in place to help to protect people's health and wellbeing.
There were enough staff available in the surgery and at reception to meet people's needs. A person said 'There is always enough staff. Someone is there for you.' This helped people to feel supported.
There was a complaints procedure in place. No complaints had been received. People commented: 'My dentist is very pleasant. I would talk to them they would listen.' 'I have not had any problems. I would voice my concerns straight away. My dentist is so approachable I would be able to say if I was not happy."
