Updated 25 May 2026
The inspection of Park Manor Care Home took place between 26 May and 3 June 2026. We visited the service on 27 May 2026. This is the first inspection for this newly registered service therefore we inspected all quality statements under the key questions of safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
Park Manor Care Home is registered to provide personal care for up to 45 people. Nursing care is provided. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting 32 people, including people living with multiple health conditions.
We observed care was delivered in ways that were person-centred and promoted people’s dignity, privacy and human rights. Staff treated people with kindness and respect and told us they were valued and supported in their roles. The service was focussed on their vision of creating a welcoming, homely environment.
People’s care needs were met using clinical tools to assess and mitigate potential risks to people. The registered manager told us Park Manor Care Home staff worked closely with local healthcare services to ensure people were able to make informed decisions about their treatment. Where there were any restrictions upon people’s freedoms for their safety, legal requirements had been met.
