During a routine inspection

Patients said that they were satisfied with the service provided. They thought that they had been given enough information about their treatment and about any charges they might have to pay. They said staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. They considered that their treatment had met their dental needs. They were confident there were good standards of hygiene in the practice.

All of the five patients with whom we spoke gave us positive feedback about the practice. One of them said, 'I've used the practice for a while and have nothing but praise for it. The staff are welcoming and the dental care is good. You don't have to wait too long and the practice seems to be very efficient.'
