During a routine inspection

Four people told us staff explained all the procedures and the treatments options available to them. They said staff respected and followed the decisions they made about their treatment and care. All told us they had been able to book an appointment at a suitable time.

People told us they were satisfied with the care and treatment they received at the practice. They told us the staff were always respectful and when we asked if it was a good service they all said "yes". One said the practice had 'sorted them out'.

We found people received care and treatment in a clean environment with infection control measures in place to minimise the risk of infection. People we spoke with told us the surgeries and receptions were always clean and tidy.

Four people told us they were asked for their views about the practice and were informed about how to make any concerns or complaints.
