Wallfield is a care home providing personal care and support for up to 14 people with a learning disability and/or autistic people. There were 13 people living at the service during this inspection. The inspection was carried out between 3 June and 10 June 2025 to follow-up an action plan request we served as part of our previous inspection. We inspected 3 quality statements from the safe and well-led key questions. The scores for these areas have been combined with scores based on the key question ratings from the last inspection. The service was no longer in breach of regulations in relation to good governance and safe care and treatment. The service had made the necessary improvements, and the overall rating has now changed to good. We inspected the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.
