During a routine inspection
We found the premises to be furnished to a very high standard, clean and well maintained. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.
We found staff received appropriate professional development and were well supported in their roles.
We were not able to speak with people who used the service during the course of our visit however we saw the provider sought the views of patients by asking them to complete a questionnaire. Responses from patients were extremely positive.
