During a routine inspection
They told us the environment was clean and well maintained and confirmed the dentist wore appropriate protection during treatment. The person said 'the practice has a freshness about it in the way it operates'.
We found that people were cared for by a sufficient number of staff that had been through the appropriate recruitment checks.
There was an effective complaints system available, in case anyone wished to raise a complaint, and records were appropriately maintained. The person had no complaints about the service.
