During a routine inspection
by telephone following our visit.
All of the people we spoke with were positive about the service they received. They told us, "I'm very happy with them", "We wouldn't still be coming if we weren't happy" and "He always looks after me, he's fantastic."
We asked people about the availability of appointments and if they had to wait over their appointment time to be seen. People told us "I've never had to wait, but I'm sure if they were running late they'd explain why."
People told us that they felt that the practice was good and that they would recommend it to friends and relatives. "We've never had to make a complaint, we'd definitely recommend this practice." was one comment made.
People we spoke with said the practice was clean and hygienic and they were satisfied with the standards of cleanliness. One person commented, "Hygiene is very good, it always looks nice and clean."
There was a range of information available to people attending the practice about the services provided and the costs.
