We spoke to people who use the service and a relative by telephone. They said the agency had given them a folder which contained information about the service. They indicated that they were satisfied with the care provided and they felt staff treated them with respect and dignity. Their views can be summarised by the following comments:"They [care workers] treat me well".
"Staff are respectful".
People told us that staff provided the care and support they needed. They said they discussed their care plan with the manager. People said the manager reviewed their care plans so that their changing needs were met.
We asked people who use the service if staff treated them well. People who use the service informed us that staff treated them with respect and dignity. They told us they had no concerns. They said staff 'good manners'.
People using the service told us staff knew their job and they were satisfied with the care they provided.
People who use the service informed us that the manager asked them from time to time if they were satisfied with their care. They indicated that they were satisfied with the management of the agency. People told us they could talk to the manager.
