We assessed Western Medical Services Ltd on 20 to 22 August 2025.

We assessed 2 assessment service groups at this location. We assessed patient transport services and emergency and urgent care.

Western Medical Services Limited was registered with Care Quality Commission (CQC) to deliver the regulated activities: Transport services, triage and medical advice provided remotely, and treatment of disease, disorder or injury. Western Medical Services Ltd was added as a location in November 2024. The service did not have a registered manager at the time of the assessment. However, the service had plans to manage regulated activities and a registered manager application had been submitted to CQC

At this assessment we assessed 2 assessment service groups: Patient transport services where we assessed 33 quality statements and emergency and urgent care where we also assessed 33 quality statements.
