Our view of the service
The assessment was carried out from 20 to 22 August 2025.
We carried out this assessment in line with our routine assessment priorities. We assessed 33 quality statements for the 5 key questions: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
This is the first assessment of the service. At this assessment we rated the service as good.
The service had systems and process to deliver good care and keep people safe. The service carried out checks on staff professional registration. Staff received training and had opportunities to develop. Staff felt able to speak-up and raise concerns. There were processes to listen to people and improve service provision. Systems and processes identified risks to people.
People's experience of this service
During the assessment we reviewed people’s experiences by speaking to people who used the service. We also reviewed information the provider collected to monitor the quality and safety of the service. People using the service spoke positively about their experience. They said that staff looked after them well and treated them with dignity and respect.
