During a routine inspection
We spoke with patients about the treatment they received at Complete Smile. They were complimentary of the service and said they were happy with Complete Smile. One patient told us, 'The treatment was excellent. I have no complaints at all'. Another patient told us, 'They are very good and I have a lot of confidence in them. I will always recommend Complete Smile'.
The practice had appropriate equipment to support people in the event of a medical emergency. The staff who would be involved in dealing with a medical emergency were trained and there were records to show the training they had received.
All treatment areas of the practice were visibly clean with suitable flooring and surfaces in place to reduce the risk of infection. One patient described the cleanliness of the premises as 'scrupulously clean'.
