During an inspection in response to concerns

People we spoke with at the surgery told us that "they provide a very good service; you can always get an appointment quickly." Another person we spoke to told us that "it's handy because he's local but he does a little bit of treatment at each visit rather than sort it out in one go." We were also told by the people we spoke to that they had never been asked by the practice about the quality of the service but would know how to complain if they were not happy. We were also told "I've been asked to complete a health assessment this morning; I've not filled one of these for a long time, so that's probably why?"
