During a routine inspection

As part of our inspection we received comments from five patients. They each told us they were informed and consulted with about their care and treatment. Patients commented 'The service is good and I've always been very happy with the treatment given', 'Any treatment has always been fully explained', 'All options would be discussed' and 'They have always been really helpful, even in an emergency'.

Suitable arrangements were in place for the cleaning and sterilising of instruments as well as relevant checks to equipment to ensure they were safe to use.

Staff confirmed they received on-going training and support as part of their continuous professional development.
