During a routine inspection
People described all the dentists as very thorough, calming and reassuring. One person who told us they were very nervous described the dentist as brilliant following their treatment.
The people who received treatment told us they felt they were fully involved in decisions about their treatments. They said the reasons for their treatment were clearly explained. They told us that alternative treatments were discussed with them and they received written plans with details of their treatment and its costs. They said that they were asked about their medical histories and were given advice about oral health and hygiene.
All the people we spoke with told us that making appointments was easy. They were complimentary about the staff working in the practice and said they felt they were treated with respect.
