Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. Staff demonstrated an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were ‘’well informed, listened and explained things clearly.’’ They said ‘’the team are warm and welcoming’’, and ‘’I would highly recommend to everyone.’’ Patients commented that

Patients said staff were polite and caring. They said that staff helped to put them at ease and made them feel comfortable during their treatments.

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
