Staff treated patients with kindness, respect and compassion. We observed positive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

Patient feedback provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice.

Patient comments included that staff were welcoming and attentive, acted with integrity, and showed compassion. Comments included, “Excellent service with a truly expert dentist. Always listens to your concerns and acts accordingly. Have recommended to several of my friends who have all been delighted with the treatment they have received. A true professional with an extremely caring nature.”

Patients said staff were professional, courteous, and considerate. Comments included, “All very friendly, caring and professional. Have every confidence in the dentist. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Excellent service.”

Patients felt they were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
