During an inspection in response to concerns
We visited the practice because we received anonymous information stating that the practice did not complete checks on equipment used to clean instruments, dental equipment was used that was out of date and single use equipment was reused. We reviewed the infection control concerns raised and we found that the issues raised were unsubstantiated.
The practice had processes in place that ensured patients were protected from the risk of infection.
