During a routine inspection
People told us that if they had any concerns they would talk to the staff or the dentist. However, information about people's rights to complain to an independent organisation, was not readily accessible.
The clinic had a number of systems in place to make sure that the service assessed and monitored its delivery of care. There were polices and procedures in place with regards to reducing the risk and spread of infections.
