During a routine inspection
Patients also told us they were given detailed information about their treatment options and costs and confirmed they understood what to expect before consenting to treatment. Comments received from patients included: 'The treatment room is a bit old but I have no concerns about my treatment; 'I have been visiting this practice for many years and have no concerns' and 'Overall I am very happy with the service I have received'.
Patients spoken with told us that they were very happy with the standard of treatment and care provided. Patients reported that all of the dental team were caring, professional and helpful.
Comments received included: 'I have no issues of concern. I have seen Mr Southern since I was a child and he has looked after my dental needs well' and 'I am very satisfied with the standard of treatment Mrs Seedat provides. She is very patient and I have confidence in her as my dentist.'
Patients spoken with reported that they had no complaints or concerns about the service and systems were in place to safeguard the welfare of people using the service.
