During a routine inspection
We saw a customer satisfaction survey from 2012 which demonstrated high levels of satisfaction with the service. The majority of people who responded to the survey said that staff were courteous and knowledgeable. They also expressed satisfaction with the availability of appointments at the service.
Records we saw showed that treatment was based on thorough assessments of people's needs and any risks they presented. This ensured that the treatment took into account their particular needs and was personalised.
Staff recruitment was thorough and ensured people were treated by appropriately qualified staff.
