During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients attending the surgery for an appointment. They told us: 'I get an appointment to fit in with when I can come', 'I was able to get an emergency appointment this time I rang yesterday', 'The dentist asks about my health and if my medication has changed', 'I sign a consent form at the start of every treatment', 'They tell me if there are any charges', 'I have never had reason to complain but I suppose I would tell them at reception if I was not happy', 'I think they would listen to my complaint and deal with it', 'I can pretty much get an appointment any time', 'This is an emergency appointment I rang yesterday and they fitted me in today', 'Treatment is always explained', 'They took an x-ray and explained why they were taking it', 'I usually see the same dentist', 'They treat me with respect and always use gloves and a mask when I am in the chair.'
