The practice was clean and tidy. The dental nurse was responsible for cleaning the treatment room and ensuring that instruments were decontaminated and sterilised. Records were kept to show that this was completed. People we spoke with had no concerns over the hygiene of the practice.

Staff received appropriate professional development and were well supported. The provider had an effective assessing and monitoring process in place.
