During a routine inspection
We found that people were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed and they were treated in a clean and hygienic environment.
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. Emergency care could be provided in the event of an emergency, staff had been trained and appropriate equipment and emergency drugs were available.
We spoke to two people who used the service on the day of our visit. Each person was happy with the treatment provided at the practice. Comments included, "One day I rang at about 4pm. I was in pain and they got me in to see the dentist before they closed. Couldn't ask for more than that!" And, "I've no complaints. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else".
