During a routine inspection
People told us that staff explain treatment options and cost before they have their treatment.They also told us that they are always asked for consent before treatment starts.
People told us that they had a choice of dentists when they joined the practice.
We observed the reception staff greeting patients in a pleasant and friendly manner.
When we asked patients about cleanliness they told us that staff always wear gloves and aprons when treating them.
