In the patient records examined we saw the dentists always discussed treatment options and any associated costs with patients. Patients always gave written or verbal consent prior to receiving any treatment.

All areas of the practice looked clean and well-maintained. Staff used protective equipment such as gloves and masks and patients wore eye protectors and an apron during treatments.

The practice staff we spoke with told us Eclipse Dental Care was a good place to work; they received appropriate training for their role and felt well-supported. They also felt confident the service provided to patients was good. Ninety eight percent of 100 patients surveyed said they would recommend the surgery to others.
