At the inspection on 22 July 2025, we found the practice had made the following improvements to comply with the regulations:

Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) risk assessments had been carried out for all materials and safety data sheets were available.

Processes were in place to ensure staff training, including continuing professional development, was up-to-date and reviewed at the required intervals.

The practice manager had implemented effective systems for governance and oversight of the service. Information presented during the inspection was clear and easy to access.

All policies and risk assessments we reviewed were reflective of practice procedures and were accessible to all staff.
