The practice held emergency equipment and drugs. People were assured that that they would receive prompt and safe care in the event of a medical emergency.

We reviewed staff recruitment and previous employment references, Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks and photographic identity records and found these to be up-to-date and valid.

The practice sought the views of people who use the service and members of staff to ensure that the practice improved the quality of care provided as much as was reasonably practicable.
